Job responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube strategy for animated content across English and localized channels.
• Ensure content initiatives align with overall business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive the growth and performance of our content portfolio across various markets and audience segments.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Design and execute experiments on existing channels to validate new formats, distribution tactics, and audience engagement strategies.
• Effectively communicate insights, learnings, and best practices across teams to elevate content performance company-wide.
• Lead and manage a team of Lead Development Managers, offering clear guidance, support, and constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• Profound understanding of the YouTube platform, including trends, algorithms, and content strategy.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a digital media or content-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success in scaling content strategies and optimizing performance on YouTube.
• Skilled in creating detailed, actionable performance reports and insights.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to propose and lead new initiatives and experimentation.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with MFK content on YouTube is highly preferred.
• Experience working with animation content is a strong plus.
• Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
