We are currently looking for a strong and reliable Middle+/Senior UI/UX Designer to join our IT department remotely. You’ll be working with cross-functional teams and reporting directly to the product director to support ongoing projects, helping bring clarity and closure to multiple design initiatives across our internal systems and tools.

Job responsibilities:
- Create UX solutions across multiple projects;
- Support the design of user interfaces, flows, and wireframes under guidance;
- Enhance the design system and sync with developers;
- Conduct research or usability testing tasks when needed;
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members, business stakeholders, and users;
- Promote design thinking and a user-centric approach.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, SaaS;
- UX research conducting experience;
- Strong skills in Figma or similar design tools;
- Attention to detail and organizational skills;
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed;
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
- Systems thinking and analytical skills;
- Good command of both, English and Russian languages;
- Portfolio is required (preferably SaaS, ERP, E-com, FinTech, MediaTech).
