Job responsibilities:
- Analyze a thumbnail strategy on our channels, help development managers and producers to improve it;
- Сheck trending thumbnails and topics across our Youtube channels (at least once a week, but when you have free time it can be more often);
- Сheck and analyze world and local trending YouTube videos and topics;
- Analyze new visual techniques for thumbnails, keep collecting them in our confluence document;
- Share the results in the Slack channel once a week and in a digest regularly;
- Consult producers and development managers on their queries about thumbnails;
- Collect ideas for sources and new channels;
- Participate in our promotion projects (as they occurred).
Requirements:
- A catchy eye for cool and trendy thumbnails ideas that will gain millions of views (please be ready to provide us with the links of videos you have created thumbnails for);
- Advanced knowledge of YouTube and deep interest in other social media platforms;
- Excellent English skills;
- Creativity and ability to find and see hits;
- Responsible and organized personality.
