We are the company behind the wildly successful DIY channel 5-Minute Crafts, the inspirational and creative channel Bright Side, and a wide portfolio of other popular channels across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and more.
We are currently looking for a Thumbnail Designer to join our team remotely on a full-time basis.
Job responsibilities:
- Design complex thumbnails for various topics.
- Work with RAW photos and screenshots to create eye-catching graphics.
- Utilise typography and layout principles to enhance visual appeal.
- Implement text-to-image AI tools to generate creative assets.
- Collaborate with the content production team to ensure high-quality, engaging designs.
- Adhere to brand guidelines while incorporating fresh and creative design approaches.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken English (B2-C1 level minimum).
- Availability to work 9 AM – 6 PM (Pacific Time).
- Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- YouTube thumbnails
- Photo retouching
- Poster design
- Social media graphics
- Portfolio showcasing relevant experience is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory) and Adobe Illustrator (preferred).
- Experience working with text-to-image AI tools.
- Solid knowledge of typography and composition.
- Creativity and responsibility are essential.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; must be video call ready.
