We’re looking for a practical, hands-on Social Media Marketing (SMM) Lead to manage and execute day-to-day social media operations across a variety of international client projects. You’ll take ownership of key accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure that strategies are successfully implemented across platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the work—managing content calendars, briefing creative, overseeing paid social campaigns, and ensuring performance targets are met. You'll also provide guidance to junior team members and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to keep everything running smoothly.
Job responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Social Media Management
- Oversee the execution of social media plans across multiple client projects (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Coordinate and publish content across platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with client goals.
Work closely with designers, editors, and copywriters to deliver on-brand, platform-optimized content. - Track platform performance and make real-time adjustments based on engagement and analytics.
Team Coordination & Support
- Act as the daily go-to person for social media within your projects, managing calendars, deliverables, and timelines.
- Support and guide Development Managers (DMs) and junior staff in task execution.
- Help brief and manage freelancers, agencies, or influencer partners when needed.
Client & Project Involvement
- Own the implementation of social strategy for the projects.
- Participate in client calls, giving updates on performance, tasks, and content execution.
Collaborate with the Creative and Paid Media teams to deliver well-rounded campaigns. - Coordinate the execution of paid campaigns (e.g., CPM setups, boosting, targeting adjustments).
Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor key metrics and performance indicators, flagging issues or wins to the wider team.
- Create regular reports for internal and client use, with a focus on results and actionable insights.
Use competitor benchmarking and platform trends to refine content planning.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience managing social media accounts, ideally across multiple platforms and brands.
- Comfortable leading execution within a team and managing others' workflows.
Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok posting and optimization. - Familiar with paid social setup and management (Meta Ads Manager, YouTube ads, CPM campaigns).
- Confident in managing timelines, deliverables, and communications across departments.
Strong English communication skills, with experience supporting international clients a plus. - Able to work autonomously and keep things moving under pressure.
