We are seeking a motivated and talented SMM Creatives-Maker to join our dynamic Russian Editorial team at ADME. This position focuses on creating engaging social media content by researching trending topics, crafting posts, overseeing design production, analyzing content performance, optimizing for engagement, and collaborating with the SMM team to boost reach and effectiveness across channels.
Job responsibilities:
- Research trending topics for social media content creation.
- Craft concise, engaging posts that align with the company’s tone and style.
- Submit clear Photoshop requests for card and story designs, specifying layout, imagery, and color.
- Ensure designs reflect brand aesthetics for visual consistency.
- Oversee content production from creation to final delivery.
- Collaborate with the SMM team for timely content delivery.
- Review and analyze content performance, identifying top-performing creatives.
- Use performance insights to optimize content for better clicks/clickability.
- Stay updated on content creation trends and industry best practices.
- Implement improvements to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
- Participate in content testing to optimize performance.
- Provide feedback on experiments for continuous content optimization.
- Support content promotion and distribution across all channels.
- Collaborate with teams to boost content reach and engagement.
Requirements:
- Quick to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving trends and technologies in social media.
- Expert in platforms, algorithms, and tools, focusing on engagement and virality.
- Skilled at spotting emerging trends and incorporating them into content strategies.
- Proven track record of creating and analyzing viral content, with results showcased through test assignments and probation period.
- Able to analyze metrics and adjust strategies for optimal content performance.
- Fluent in Russian (B2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher) for effective communication and content creation.
