Job responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 8 internal employees (translators & modification writers).
• Approve and assign content ideas.
• Validate previews and headlines, ensuring they are engaging and meet editorial standards.
• Monitor workflow and distribute tasks based on workload and priorities using Asana.
• Provide feedback to team members improving their ability to create viral, engaging content.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Analyze performance metrics (Gross Profit, ROI, CTR of articles) and optimize processes for better results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content supervision, editorial leadership, or similar roles.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a creative team.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
• Deep understanding of viral content trends and user engagement strategies.
• Strong decision-making skills to distribute tasks effectively.
• Ability to work with performance metrics to optimize content efficiency.
• Experience with task management tools (Asana) and a structured workflow approach.
• Flexibility and adaptability to adjust processes based on content performance.
