Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in R&D, innovation, or technology roles, ideally within digital media, publishing, or entertainment industries.
- A proven track record of driving successful digital transformation or innovation projects that have made a tangible impact on business outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, tech-driven environments, delivering innovative solutions under tight timelines.
Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies like AI, machine learning (ML), AR/VR, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with CMS/MCN platforms, and multimedia formats, enabling you to integrate the latest tools into content creation and distribution workflows.
