Job responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies for crafting projects, in collaboration with Creative Lead
• Make decisions on start-up launches and project closures, always in line with business objectives
• Initiate additional revenue generating projects to grow and strengthen portfolio
• Analyse metrics to refine strategy where needed
• Manage production resources, always in line with the production plan set both in volume of content and budget.
• Maintain all reporting required to manage the Production operation, analysing financial data and other KPIs and providing coherent information to Production Leadership to allow them to make business decisions.
• Problem-solving for production related challenges as a partner to Creative Production leaders.  Address unexpected challenges and resolve problems efficiently, whether it involves scheduling conflicts (internal and external), setting transparent and efficient communication, or any other administrative obstacles that may arise.
• Ensures effective coordination and smooth information flow between different departments, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Works closely with Production Leadership to set monthly production plans, based on budget and performance of the respective project. Support launches of new start-ups and ideas, ensuring all required workflows are organised and aligned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills;
• Proficiency in project management software  and social media analytics tools
• Previous experience of driving content-to-market strategies and successful profitable project launch
• Understanding of the current social media trends, ability to research for and come up with great ideas and turn them into viral videos;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
• Experience with budgeting and financial management of a large media business with teams of 50+ people
• Experience working in a fast-paced industry;
• Fluent English. Any other language will be considered an advantage;
