Job responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and drive the product vision and strategy;
- Manage the priorities of the development team;
- Work in an Agile (Scrum) team, participating in team meetings to ensure the team is following the roadmap;
- Communicate customer product requirements to developers;
- Be responsible for the execution of product plans, identifying and helping to resolve any roadblocks in the process of working on quarterly commitments;
- Report to the Product Manager on the execution of roadmap plans;
- Make product decisions based on test results;
- Resolve any issues and obstacles in the work process.
Requirements:
- Bring at least 3 years of proven product/project management experience to the table.
- Experience in development methodologies Agile or Scrum (experience with other methodologies would be a plus).
- Experience in UX would be a strong advantage.
- Ability to make decisions and choose the best way to achieve goals.
- Ability to identify key issues and opportunities in product development.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to see the quality of the product at all stages of development and the desire to create a usable and useful product.
- Effective communication skills in English.
