We’re looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to lead high-impact collaborations in the social-first landscape. Job responsibilities:
Strategic Relationship Management
- Own and grow key B2B partnerships — not just executing campaigns but building trust, collaboration, and strategic brand alignment over time.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and satisfaction at every stage.
Social-Led Brand Campaigns
- Collaborate with SMM, content, and analytics teams to translate partner goals into cohesive content strategies tailored to platform-specific trends.
- Lead the development of co-branded campaigns and activations that drive measurable engagement and brand visibility.
Pitching & Presentation Development
- Prepare and deliver impactful, data-informed presentations, proposals, and pitch decks to win over new brand partners or secure renewals.
- Articulate creative ideas that are grounded in audience insight and aligned with brand strategy in collaboration with production/creative team
Complex Project Oversight
- Oversee multifaceted projects — including social media calendars, content rollouts, and branded video productions — from planning through post-launch analysis.
- Coordinate creators, production teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within budget.
Data, Budgets & Optimization
- Manage campaign budgets and resource allocations with efficiency and accountability.
- Analyze campaign data and partner feedback to continuously optimize performance, refine approaches, and support decision-making.
Internal & Operational Excellence
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, systems, and workflows to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
- Respond to internal and external operational needs with a problem-solving mindset and commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, brand partnerships, or brand marketing, ideally with a social-first or content-driven focus.
- Native-level proficiency in English with exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, coordinate teams, and meet deadlines in fast-moving environments.
- Creative thinker with commercial sensibility, always seeking to elevate the brand and deliver value to partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing repetitive data tasks;
- Positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude;
- Team player with stress resilience
- Experience with video content production or branded entertainment (would be a plus)
- Proficiency in tools like Asana, HubSpot, Slack, or Confluence (would be a plus)
