Job responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap for assigned features or product areas
• Build and prototype features using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement technical solutions
• Communicate product requirements and progress to stakeholders through regular updates and demonstrations

Requirements:

Professional Experience

• Hands-on experience developing web apps either back-end, front-end or as a full-stack is a huge plus
• Prior experience working with internal tools, automation systems, or creative/monetization platforms is a plus
• Experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager roles in a tech-driven environment will be an advantage

Education

• Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field is a plus, but not strictly required
• Self-taught or bootcamp graduates with proven experience and passion are welcome

Technical Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills, high level of autonomy
• Basic understanding of API integrations, automation workflows, and system architecture
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, especially AI programming tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, MCP, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to boost productivity or experiment with creative automation. Ability to write simple scripts, automate reports, or use low-code/no-code platforms will be a plus
• Experience working with data formats such as CSV, XML; familiarity with metadata structures used in music distribution is a strong plus
