We are currently looking for a curious and research-driven Learning Finder Intern to join our People & Growth (HR) team remotely. This internship is ideal for someone with a passion for modern learning trends, educational technology, and AI in learning. Job responsibilities:
- Research and compile a list of fresh, relevant courses in the media field;
- Identify and review modern learning tools (apps, platforms, subscriptions, etc.);
- Study current demand and trends in the media learning market — what people are learning and how;
- Explore and document best practices of integrating AI in learning and educational design.
Requirements:
- University student or recent graduate in Education, Media, HR, Psychology, or related fields;
- Passion for digital learning, edtech, and AI-powered learning experiences;
- Strong research skills and the ability to organise findings clearly and meaningfully;
- Curiosity and proactiveness — we value motivation and enthusiasm above experience;
- Intermediate English proficiency (Russian is a plus, but not required).
