As the Learning and Development Team Leader, you will bring structure, discipline, and a solution-oriented mindset to drive the team’s success. With a people-focused approach, you’ll inspire and develop your team while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration. You’ll coordinate and execute L&D strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely delivery of impactful learning initiatives. Your holistic perspective will help connect development programs to broader organizational objectives, empowering managers and teams across the company to grow and perform at their best.

Job responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and mentor the L&D team, driving excellence and learning innovation.
  • Oversee daily operations, workflows, and timely delivery of learning initiatives.
  • Allocate tasks, track progress, and resolve operational challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and solutions-oriented team culture.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs across departments.
  • Develop and deliver engaging, relevant training for diverse teams.
  • Build and facilitate impactful development programs for Manager population.
  • Monitor and evaluate learning activities, collecting feedback for improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Training / L&D, with a proven track record in developing and delivering training sessions.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • People management experience with the ability to lead, mentor and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on execution and follow-through.
  • Deep knowledge of learning methodology and a solid grasp of instructional design.
  • Knowledge of modern learning trends, tools, and technologies.
  • L&D background in media, online content creation, social media, or creative industries is an advantage.
