Job responsibilities:

• Recruitment process to fill in the business needs
• Onboard and train new SMMs - both for re-use and original channels
• Build up Youtube workflows and all processes in collaboration with the team and other departments, workflow development
• Create and update SMM instructions in Confluence
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure posting efficiency
• Develop promotion strategy
• Launch and manage channels on YouTube
• Help with rates and contacts set up for team members
• Assess the potential of new launches, features
• Optimize current work processes
• Identify areas for potential optimization and escalate this to the appropriate departments
• Use a solid grasp of YouTube's SMM principles to inform content strategies
• Help solve technical and access issues and implement innovations into current processes
• Contribute fresh and innovative ideas to shape the online presence of channels
• Monitor and analyze channel performance
• Help in creating SMM strategies and conducting experiments, track and report team effectiveness
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure content quality
• Set strategic goals and manage team to reach the goals
• Initiate training, experience sharing and webinars among the team and department.
• Take an active part in solving strategic tasks assigned to the SMM department;

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of the YouTube, including knowing how to use its analytics, keeping up with new trends, and understanding the different kinds of content you can use.
• Past work as a SMM/Development Manager/Lead Development Manager with YouTube, showing you can effectively manage and grow social media channels.
• A strong love for social media, staying up-to-date with current trends, knowing the best practices, and being excited about creating content.
• Strong skills in analyzing data to get useful information from it, with a goal to improve performance.
• Good ability to speak and write in English (at least B2 level);
