To keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’re looking for a talented and tech-savvy IT Support Engineer who is ready to dive into challenging technical issues, collaborate with teams, and make a real impact.
Job responsibilities:
- Accept and analyze technical support requests from users
- Document troubleshooting steps and processes in clear English
- Help automate internal processes and perform initial system set-ups
- Work closely with our development team to resolve bugs and implement improvements
- Propose additional functionality and system monitoring enhancements
- Train internal users and onboard new projects/startups into our tech ecosystem
Requirements:
Fluent Russian (essential for user communication)
Strong English (especially written – for documentation and internal tools)
A user-first attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Curiosity and perseverance to solve complex technical challenges
1+ year of experience as a Support Engineer or System Administrator
Experience with tools like Jira, Zendesk, or other ticketing systems
Preferred Qualifications-
- Basic understanding of networking principles
- Coding experience
- Familiarity with SQL (ability to write simple queries)
- Experience in developing technical guides and user manuals
- Experience in designing and improving support/business processes
