Job responsibilities:
- Approving high-potential ideas, providing feedback for improvement, or rejecting unsuitable briefs.
- Mentoring finders by identifying individual strengths and growth zones and creating development plans.
- Researching and identifying new idea sources, tools, and methods to expand the pool of potential content topics.
- Conducting training sessions to enhance the expertise of the finders team.
- Evaluating idea briefs submitted by finders using the specific Idea Brief Evaluation Framework.
- Collaborating with the Creative Producer to develop a monthly content plan.
- Leading and overseeing experiments on content topics and hypotheses.
- Document successful practices and insights and share them with the team.
- Actively recruiting, onboarding, and integrating new finders into the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation or idea generation with a clear understanding of topics that interest a wide audience.
- Analytical skills to identify trends and evaluate idea potential.
- Exceptional mentoring and leadership skills, with experience guiding teams to achieve higher levels of performance and creativity.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
