Job responsibilities:

• Assess idea briefs, approve winners, offer actionable feedback, and kindly pass on the ones that don’t make the cut.
• Identify your team’s strengths, provide growth plans, and help them shine brighter than ever.
• Research the latest topics, tools, and sources to keep our ideas fresh and impactful.
• Lead experiments on content topics, document best practices, and share insights with the squad.
• Conduct training sessions to sharpen the skills of our finders team.
• Work with our Creative Producer to craft a monthly content plan that wows.
• Recruit, onboard, and integrate new finders into the fold.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in content creation or idea generation with a deep understanding of topics that excite broad audiences.
• Analytical skills to identify patterns and evaluate idea potential like a pro.
• Proven ability to guide teams toward higher performance and creativity.
• Exceptional task prioritization and deadline management while delivering top-notch quality.
• Spanish at C1 level and English at B2 level to navigate tasks and communicate effortlessly.
