We’re looking for a Head of Creative Agency to lead the magic-making side of our marketing agency-style team. This person will be the go-to captain for all things creative: leading a team of talented creatives, building rock-solid production workflows, and making sure everything we deliver makes clients smile (and come back for more). Working with various amazing clients (which are the biggest brands in the world in their niches), we produce everything from videos and animation to social campaigns and launch promos. Think of us as a one-stop creative shop — and we’re growing fast. Job responsibilities:

  • Own the creative production process end-to-end — from brief to final delivery.
  • Lead and inspire a growing team of Creative Producers, Editors, Motion designers, Creatives, and Visual wizards.
  • Build smart, scalable processes that help us go fast and stay brilliant.
  • Partner closely with our sales/client team to understand goals and turn them into amazing creative output.
  • Make sure every piece of content we ship looks great, works hard, and delivers results.
  • Keep projects on time, on budget, and on point.
  • Help grow the team — hiring, mentoring, and supporting our creatives as we scale.
  • Raise the creative bar (and then raise it again).
  • Push for constant improvement in quality, speed, and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in creative production leadership — agency, studio, or content team.
  • A portfolio (or track record) you’re proud of — bonus points if it includes work for big brands.
  • You’ve built and led creative teams — and your people still like you.
  • You get production. Video, social, post, workflows — the whole thing.
  • You can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
  • Proven experience as a P&L owner is a must.
  • Clear communicator, creative thinker, problem solver, and just generally great to work with.
  • Fluent English (bonus if you can order coffee in other languages too).
  • A great sense of humor doesn’t hurt either!
