We are looking for a Head of Business Operations who will play a pivotal role in supporting our growth by collaborating across teams (Production, Finance, Legal, IT, and more) to design, implement, and optimize workflows for new business lines and initiatives. You will be the operational glue that ensures smooth setup, integration, and ongoing support for our exciting new ventures.
Job responsibilities:
Workflow Development: Design and document scalable workflows for launching and operating new businesses.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams to coordinate efforts for new initiatives.
Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, and drive accountability for deliverables.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current operations and implement solutions to improve scalability and effectiveness.
Tool Implementation: Collaborate with IT and platform teams to deploy tools and systems supporting new business operations.
Knowledge Management: Maintain clear documentation and onboarding material for new business units.
Reporting & Metrics: Work with FP&A and BI to develop dashboards and reporting systems to monitor operational health.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in business operations, strategy, or project management (media/production industry experience is a plus).
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and structure.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and creative environment.
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
