Job responsibilities:

• Look for ideas for own articles and sends for Idea Expert's evaluation OR works on ideas pitched by editorial finders;
• Write articles according to the editorial guidelines and checklists. The supervisor is involved in articles production process provide mentorship to improve the performance of articles;
• Be responsible for coming up with article presentation ideas, text or choosing visual part (order and buying of pictures);
• Follow current rules and editorial updates (checklists, guidelines, instructions);
• Check sources of materials, executes fact checking while writing an article, cooperate with other departments (LI, Photoshop, fact-checking team);
• Meet our deadlines (normally it's 1–3 days for one article; for reworks - 4 days);
• Meet the goal of producing at least 16 articles per month;
• Take part in editorial educational events (webinars, master classes, schools) to boost their competency level.

Requirements:

• Advanced level of English;
• Quick learner;
• Knows the latest trends on social media;
• Knows how to search and find something – authors, original links, and so on;
• Knows how to determine whether this or that online material is successful (understanding the importance of the number of likes, views and shares).
