Job responsibilities:

• Oversee daily content management and ensure timely publication across YouTube and TheSoul’s internal platforms.
• Manage the workload of 123 GO! Main (5 compilations per week, 3 N+N / 2 compilations, plus 3 SLS per week and 5 monthly 24/7 livestreams).
• Manage the workload of 123 GO! Food (3 compilations per week with source content from internal channels, 3 SLS per week, and 2 monthly 24/7 livestreams).
• Coordinate localisation and distribution for multiple regions and languages, ensuring high-quality output across all channels.
• Monitor content performance and collaborate with teams to optimise production workflows and delivery timelines.
• Ensure smooth communication between production teams, editors, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to planning, scheduling, and process improvements to handle high workloads efficiently.
• Act as the key responsible person for the overall management of the channels, ensuring they run smoothly and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing YouTube channels or similar large-scale digital media projects, ideally within TheSoul ecosystem or similar production environments.
• Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple channels and formats simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of digital video production workflows, especially compilations, livestreams, and localised content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment while maintaining quality.
• Responsible, reliable, and easygoing personality with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working remotely with international teams is a plus.
