As a key player in this role, you’ll lead the charge in creating impactful gaming content that connects developers, influencers, and players worldwide. You’ll craft strategies that bring games to life through engaging stories, innovative formats, and community-driven campaigns. From concept to execution, you’ll ensure every piece of content reflects the excitement and creativity of the gaming industry while driving measurable results for our partners.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop project briefs, define Tone of Voice, and create multi-platform content plans, strategies, and publishing schedules.
- Ensure client requirements on content type, volume, schedule, and viewership targets are met.
- Set team goals and oversee execution for timely, high-quality delivery.
- Analyse market and competitors to identify new topics and content formats.
- Manage content creation processes, remove bottlenecks, and optimise workflows.
- Communicate directly with clients, provide input, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Recruit, train, and manage the content team, building it from scratch.
- Organise employee training programs and implement best practices.
- Maintain and update content creation guidelines and the team knowledge base.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven leadership in content creation, ideally in online entertainment.
- Strong track record with external clients, delivering measurable results.
- Skilled in strategic content planning and long-term execution.
- Deep understanding of audience needs, trends, and platform-specific behaviors.
- Experienced in team management, training, and motivation.
- Excellent analytical skills, using data to optimize content and processes.
- Strong process optimization abilities to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Exceptional communication across teams, clients, and departments.
- Flexible and adaptable, embracing change and new approaches.
- English proficiency (B2+).
- Budgeting and resource allocation experience aligned with business goals.
- Passionate about gaming culture and community engagement on PC, console, and mobile.
