Job responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate the smooth onboarding of new media and content initiatives;
• Design and implement efficient production workflows tailored to each specific need;
• Assemble and manage creative teams, including writers, editors, and designers, based on what each task requires;
• Develop and adapt content strategies that reflect current trends and resonate with the intended audience;
• Participate in and supervise all stages of content creation, from scripting and filming to editing and publishing;
• Ensure that all content meets brand expectations and cremains consistent in tone, message, and presentation;
• Set and monitor key goals related to the amount of content produced and how well it performs with audiences;

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in creative production and management (1+ year preferred);
• Active involvement in the crypto space with a good grasp of blockchain basics;
• Familiar with crypto-focused platforms like YouTube, X, and Telegram;
• Basic understanding of marketing and audience engagement;
• English at B2 level or higher;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Comfortable working independently and with remote teams;
