We have a new, interesting full-time opportunity for you: our Creative Agency department is looking for a Creative Coordinator who will be responsible for Creative Agency projects.

Job responsibilities:

Project Management & Organizational Support:

  • Assist in preparing pitches and proposals for new projects.
  • Work closely with creative producers to ensure project timelines, goals, and deliverables are met.
  • Manage the workflow and ensure alignment between creative and operational teams.

Financial Oversight:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to monitor project budgets and ensure accurate cost control.
  • Track expenses, update reports, and provide monthly budgetary updates.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing creative quality.

Legal & Contractual Management:

  • Review and oversee project-related contracts and agreements.
  • Provide all necessary details related to contracts, from creatives’ rights to vendor agreements.

HR Coordination:

  • Provide all necessary details related to new hirings (responsibilities, requirements, test tasks)
  • Support for the creation of a team for a new project from creative producer to a production team
  • Support HR in onboarding new hires, ensuring proper documentation and initial role alignment.
  • Conduct initial screening of applicants and manage testing for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related inquiries and ensure a smooth transition for hires.

Operational & Logistical Problem-Solving:

  • Offer creative solutions to operational challenges encountered during production.
  • Help streamline communication between teams, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.

Coordination of Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between various departments, ensuring clear communication channels between creative, finance, legal, and HR.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, production coordination, or a similar role within the creative industry.
  • Previous experience working with creative teams and understanding of production workflows. Working in a creative agency/animation studio would be beneficial.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Experience of working with pitches and clients.
  • Ability to understand legal and finance documents.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, especially related to creative hires (animators, designers, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Personality:

  • Creative mindset paired with practical problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach to work with the ability to anticipate and address challenges.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
