As the Coordinator, Sound Design & AI Voice Over, you'll play a key role in keeping our creative audio team running smoothly. From managing workloads, task assignments, and project progress to supporting onboarding, payments, and cross-team coordination, you'll ensure that our sound designers and AI voice specialists can focus on what they do best—creating outstanding audio experiences. You'll also serve as the go-to person for team support, process optimization, and communication across departments, helping to drive efficiency and collaboration at every step.
Job responsibilities:
- Track absences, substitutions, and workload of sound designers.
- Assign tasks/projects, monitor deadlines, follow up on overdue items.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding: setup, issue resolution, feedback collection.
- Support team members and help prevent burnout.
- Oversee progress of original/localized projects and manage producer requests in Asana.
- Coordinate with producers, coordinators, HR, TR, and other teams.
- Communicate important updates (rates, policies, tools, announcements).
- Collaborate with Lead Sound Designer on team-related matters.
- Use Slack, Asana, and Confluence for coordination and documentation.
- Handle access permissions, contract submissions, and onboarding tracking.
- Consult on and ensure accurate, timely payments.
- Maintain Confluence pages and set up Asana structures (rules, templates, projects).
- Prepare internal reports and data (KPIs, performance, requests).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in coordinating across production, post-production, localization, or similar creative environments.
- Comfortable working with distributed teams and juggling multiple projects at once with efficiency and ease.
- Exceptionally organized, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, empathetic by nature, and skilled at offering seamless, behind-the-scenes team support.
