Job responsibilities:

• Review content before it’s published to ensure platform compliance.
• Flag violations and suggest corrective actions to editors/producers.
• Maintain compliance documentation and QA checklists.
• Assist with internal training or feedback sessions on platform policy updates, assist with archives checking and clean-ups.
• Coordinate with legal/compliance teams on sensitive issues.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Platform Guidelines and Strong understanding of community standards and monetization rules for

• YouTube (incl. COPPA, monetization policies);
• Facebook/Meta (Community Standards, Branded Content);
• Instagram & TikTok (age restrictions, prohibited content);

Ability to keep up with frequent platform policy updates.

• Content Evaluation & Critical Thinking

Strong attention to detail when reviewing visual/audio content

• Ability to assess context (e.g., satire vs. harm)
• Identifying potentially misleading metadata, clickbait, or non-compliant content.

Technical proficiency

• Comfortable using content management systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Experience with metadata, tagging, thumbnails, subtitles, etc.;
• Familiarity with QA tools or content flagging systems;

Language & Communication

• Excellent written and verbal communication (English B2 or higher). Additional languages are a plus.

Soft Skills

• High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive content;
• Adaptability under policy shifts or project pivots;
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude;

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years in a similar role (Content QA, SMM, moderation, or digital media compliance).
• Experience working with animation, user-generated content, or influencer-driven channels.
• Understanding of age-rating systems ('Made for kids', 13+, 18+, etc.);
