Today we are expanding the Human Resources team and looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist.


Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a total compensation program that aligns with the company's strategy and is fair and competitive across different locations and roles, including remote positions.
  • Design and administer a benefits package that complies with legal requirements and meets the needs of our employees.
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Use various methods and techniques, including data analysis, to make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial, and non-financial compensation.
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits in different locations.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders about compensation and benefits programs, policies, and practices.
  • Develop and track success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices in compensation and benefits.
  • Calculate bonuses for employees in different locations.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency in analytics software.
  • Expert-level expertise with Excel and Google spreadsheets.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
