Job responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of current business processes to identify opportunities for automation and enhancement.
• Research and evaluate market products, AI agents, and advanced software solutions suitable for integration.
• Develop and implement strategies to integrate automation and AI solutions into existing workflows.
• Collaborate with departmental teams to understand their specific needs and provide tailored automation solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on internal IT systems and software development practices.
• Review and interpret current software setup to ensure compatibility and integration of new automation tools.
• Manage the full cycle of new software implementation and integration into current workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop training materials (in collaboration with department heads and vendors), and consult staff on new automation tools and processes.
• Ensure that comprehensive documentation of implemented solutions and processes is up to date.
• Monitor the performance of implemented automation solutions and make necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in automation and AI to continuously enhance company processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in process analysis, automation implementation, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their business applications.
• Expertise in analyzing complex processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving skills to develop effective automation solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proven experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interest in staying updated on the latest trends in automation and AI.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and implement new solutions efficiently.
• Proven track record of successfully integrating automation and AI solutions within business processes is preferable.
