Job responsibilities:

• Apply advanced montage techniques, including broadcast editing, trailer-style editing, and principles of storytelling, to maintain audience interest and deliver compelling narratives.
• Understand and align content with brand identity and client expectations to ensure consistent value delivery.
• Proactively develop creative ideas to enhance the value of produced content.
• Prepare and upload the final rendered videos, along with all source files and project materials, to Google Drive as part of the delivery process.
• Ensure content aligns with performance metrics such as reach, watch time, and audience retention.
• Adapt video formats for various platforms, including YouTube and Facebook, to maximise viewer engagement.

Requirements:

• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Advanced experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, with expertise in integrating graphics, music, and sound.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality content that consistently meets or exceeds standards.
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
