Job responsibilities:
Prioritize product distribution strategy: creation, execution and timely updates;
- For creation and updating - work with analytics, interaction with Insights team to collect data and form hypotheses, interaction with the production team to collect best practices and recommend innovations at the production level.
- For execution - interacting with the SMM team, coordinating strategy implementation on existing channels + coordinating the launch of new ones, tracking portfolio performance.
- Be the center of knowledge on distribution strategy for original content of respective brand family across all distribution channels;
- Take ownership over revenue and Watch Time growth across platforms for the whole brand family portfolio: original channels, repurposed channels and localized channels;
- Grow platform revenue from existing pages and channels;
- Have a strong product sense;
- Initiate and maintain the whole portfolio performance analysis timely;
- Coordinate distribution strategies, experiments & implementation;
- Lead new repurpose launches and experiments on the focused platform
- Lead the Development Managers and Social Media Managers team on new launch projects;
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of the YouTube, including knowing how to use its analytics, keeping up with new trends, and understanding the different kinds of content you can use.
- A strong love for social media, staying up-to-date with current trends, knowing the best practices, and being excited about creating content.
- Strong skills in analyzing data to get useful information from it, with a goal to improve performance.
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in creating workflows and processes, making and using Social Media Marketing strategies, running experiments, and keeping track of and reporting on the performance of platforms/channels.
- Ability to make, revise, and keep SMM guidelines and methods, fix technical and access problems, and bring new solutions into current processes.
- Experience leading creative teams is a plus.
