Job responsibilities:
- Craft and implement a comprehensive content strategy tailored for Kids and Families, ensuring alignment with platform guidelines and audience interests.
- Collaborate with QA and production teams to deliver age-appropriate, high-quality content.
- Analyze trends, identify content gaps, and seize opportunities within the Kids and Families digital landscape.
- Work closely with the Insights team to leverage data and optimize content strategies for engagement and revenue growth.
- Monitor performance metrics, track revenue, and proactively identify new monetization opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our team follows best practices.
- Play a key role in expanding our Kids portfolio, creating a positive impact for young audiences globally.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years in the digital media industry, specifically in video production, distribution, and audience development.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of YouTube's Partner Program, monetization strategies, and community guidelines; understanding of children's programming and family-friendly content.
- Analytical Skills: Familiarity with analytics tools, such as YouTube Analytics, to track performance metrics and audience insights.
- Collaboration: Proven experience working with production teams to create high-quality content.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with YouTube Analytics, Asana, or other project management tools (knowledge of Asana is a plus).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English.
