Job responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement a comprehensive content strategy tailored for Kids and Families, ensuring alignment with platform guidelines and audience interests.
  • Collaborate with QA and production teams to deliver age-appropriate, high-quality content.
  • Analyze trends, identify content gaps, and seize opportunities within the Kids and Families digital landscape.
  • Work closely with the Insights team to leverage data and optimize content strategies for engagement and revenue growth.
  • Monitor performance metrics, track revenue, and proactively identify new monetization opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our team follows best practices.
  • Play a key role in expanding our Kids portfolio, creating a positive impact for young audiences globally.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in the digital media industry, specifically in video production, distribution, and audience development.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of YouTube's Partner Program, monetization strategies, and community guidelines; understanding of children's programming and family-friendly content.
  • Analytical Skills: Familiarity with analytics tools, such as YouTube Analytics, to track performance metrics and audience insights.
  • Collaboration: Proven experience working with production teams to create high-quality content.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with YouTube Analytics, Asana, or other project management tools (knowledge of Asana is a plus).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English.
