Job responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Providing high-quality, data-driven legal advice on commercial matters related to the Group’s global operations.
- Utilizing a paperless legal environment to streamline drafting, reporting, and updating guidelines for business operations.
- Collaborating on cross-functional projects, enhancing established processes through technology and innovation.
- Liaising with public authorities and ensuring legal compliance with local and international regulations when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 2-3 years post-qualification experience with a strong focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- A passion for legal tech, with hands-on experience in contract management systems or a desire to learn AI-powered solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
- A commitment to high professional standards and an ethical approach to all work.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) and strong knowledge of MS Office/G Suite.
Considered an Advantage:
- Master’s degree in Intellectual Property or Corporate & Commercial Law.
- Cyprus Bar License.
- Experience in a top in-house legal department or a top-tier law firm, with knowledge of data protection, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with task and contract management platforms.
- Experience in EUIPO, WIPO, and IP-related matters.
- Greek or Russian language proficiency.
