Job responsibilities:
Evaluate Idea Briefs
- Assess submissions using the Idea Brief Evaluation Framework (IBEF).
- Approve promising ideas, provide actionable feedback, or reject unsuitable briefs.
Mentor & Develop Talent
- Identify strengths and growth areas for team members.
- Create personalized development plans to unlock their potential.
- Expand Idea Resources: Research and discover new sources, tools, and methodologies for idea generation.
- Lead Training Initiatives:Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and expertise.
- Content Planning: Collaborate with the Creative Producer to craft a monthly content plan.
- Experiment & Innovate: Lead experiments on content topics and hypotheses to identify new opportunities.
- Document & Share Insights: Record successful practices and learnings, sharing them across the team for continuous improvement.
- Recruit & Onboard New Talent: Actively recruit, onboard, and integrate new team members seamlessly.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year in content creation or idea generation, with a strong grasp of topics that resonate with a broad audience.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to identify trends and assess the potential of ideas.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring teams and fostering creativity to drive higher performance.
- Task Management: Skilled at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.
