Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for localized channels (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat) that are aligned with overall business goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of these strategies to optimize performance.
- Design and refine the structure of the SMM team for localized channels, implementing new roles and optimizing workflows.
- Regularly review and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Define, communicate, and track quarterly goals for the SMM team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor channel performance and guide the SMM team to achieve growth, engagement, and revenue targets.
- Hire, onboard, and develop the SMM team, providing ongoing support and mentorship.
- Lead recruitment, performance evaluations, promotions, and retention activities for the team.
- Collaborate with the Creator Services localization team to improve workflows and ensure smooth operations.
- Share insights on media trends and platform updates with the SMM team and implement them into localized strategies.

Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in social media strategy and execution, specifically for localized or regionalized channels across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and others.
- Proven experience leading and managing a social media management (SMM) team, including hiring, onboarding, and developing talent.
- Experience in setting goals and tracking performance across multiple social media platforms, focusing on growth, engagement, and revenue targets.
- Ability to develop and implement localized social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Strong proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of social media campaigns and experiments.
- Ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and optimize processes for improved performance and creativity.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.), focusing on localization strategies and trends.
- Up-to-date knowledge of media landscape trends, tools, and emerging platforms relevant to localized content.
