Job responsibilities:

• Financial KPIs Modelling and Monitoring: Calculate and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the management. Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and improve financial metrics.
• Budgeting and Planning: Participate in the budgeting process and develop financial forecasts. Continuously update budget models and analyse variances from the plan.
• BI Reporting Development: Prepare technical requirements for BI analysts, manage the project for developing BI reports, including visualisation and data quality verification.
• Communication with Management: Interact with management to provide consultation on KPI modelling, revenue trend analysis and other advisory services related to financial matters.
• Data Quality Assurance: Evaluate and ensure the accuracy of data used in financial analyses, including BI reports. Develop and implement data quality control procedures.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Financial Planning and Analysis or Accounting/Controlling
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Significant analytical skill set, including financial modelling and forecasting
• Ability to make business recommendations using data and commercial judgement
• Strong ability to analyse large data sets and present conclusions concisely
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex issues clearly
• Strong attention to details and scrutiny of all data provided
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Fluent proficiency in English
• MBA, CIMA or ACCA certification is beneficial but not mandatory
• Knowledge of IFRS is beneficial, but not mandatory.
