Today, we are looking for an exceptionally skilled Executive Development Manager to join our Social Media Management (SMM) team!

Job responsibilities:

  • Create SMM strategies and conduct experiments on platforms, tracking and reporting their effectiveness.
  • Design organizational structure by implementing new roles and building a hierarchy.
  • Participate in discussions about new platform choices, and initiate and supervise new re-use launches.
  • Share long- and short-term plans with the team and guide LDM through the planning process.
  • Communicate and implement a global publication strategy.
  • Define, evaluate, and communicate quarterly goals for LDMs.
  • Onboard and guide LDMs, providing support as needed.
  • Initiate and supervise bonus and salary discussions with TR for the team.
  • Approve DMs' bonuses unless done by the Producer.
  • Manage people and processes within the Hub.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of YouTube, including knowing how to use its analytics, keeping up with new trends, and understanding the different kinds of content you can use.
  • (Past work as a Social Media Manager/Development Manager/Lead SMM, ideally with YouTube, showing you can effectively manage and grow social media channels.) optional
  • A strong love for social media, staying up-to-date with current trends, knowing the best practices, and being excited about creating content.
  • Strong skills in analyzing data to get useful information from it, with a goal to improve performance.
  • Good ability to speak and write in English (at least B2 level).
  • Experience in creating workflows and processes, making and using Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies, running experiments, and keeping track of and reporting on the performance of platforms/channels.
  • Ability to make, revise, and keep SMM guidelines and methods, fix technical and access problems, and bring new solutions into current processes.
  • Experience leading creative teams is a plus.
