Our Creator Services program offers services and tools to online content Creators to help them grow their revenue and business by better distributing on digital platforms. Job responsibilities:

Production:

  • Produce error-free content that aligns with each creator's brand.
  • Choose content based on trends, statistics, and proven successes.
  • Ensure all content follows platform rules to avoid restrictions.
  • Learn from feedback to reduce the need to rework content.

Work organization:

  • Prepare content in advance to allow for changes and work according to the production schedule to avoid delays.
  • Schedule posts carefully to avoid missed uploads and last-minute corrections based on updates in the approval table.
  • Balance your workload to maintain quality without overworking.

Communication:

  • Report IT issues on time and seek solutions promptly, avoiding sticking to workarounds. 
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with our clients via approval tables.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in either English OR Spanish is required; Spanish-speaking candidates must have intermediate proficiency in English as well;
  • An interest and knowledge in SMM principles, knowledge of how platforms work, and previous experience in some type of content creation.
  • A huge plus would be experience in one of the platforms (YouTube and Facebook), preferably experience in both to be able to handle cross-platform projects.
  • Understanding of content creation rules, video structuring, and platform specifics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing department - taking on new projects and updating workflows.
  • Understanding of feedback given and the ability to learn from it.
  • Ability to follow due dates.
  • Experience in video editing (optional).
