Job responsibilities:

• Search for source content
• Follow production processes and guidelines within TheSoul platform
• Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro to edit video content, incorporating graphics, sound effects, and music.
• Bring innovative ideas to the editing process to add value and make content reusable for various platforms.
• Write compelling titles and informative descriptions that accurately represent the video content and attract viewers.
• Request or create your own thumbnails for each video.
• Carefully add relevant tags and appropriately categorize each episode
• Use TheSoul's import tool to upload and submit videos for publication
• Take responsibility for tracking the performance of videos and channels, using analytics to improve future content.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (advanced/fluent)
• High Responsibility and Ownership
• Understanding of Content Value
• Commitment to Content Quality
• Ability to Meet Deadlines
• Experience in SMM (YouTube or/and Facebook)

• Experience with Video Editing Software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro)
