Job responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT requests related to process automation in Legal, Finance, Sales, HR, and Operational departments.
- Analyze requests from stakeholders, manage a backlog of IT initiatives, and establish priorities.
- Develop software requirements for the proposed solutions based on stakeholder needs.
- Research and analyze third-party solutions available in the market to meet requirements.
- Collaborate with software engineers to implement custom solutions, including integrations, automations, and applications.
- Lead IT projects managing the full lifecycle from initiation and scope definition to regular reporting and project closure.
- Communicate with IT vendors (e.g., Asana, Slack, Ironclad, HubSpot).
- Review legal documentation from an IT perspective when purchasing software.
- Manage transitions to new software, upgrades to advanced subscription plans, and the decommissioning of old software.
- Develop automations using no-code tools (e.g., Workato and pre-built features in third-party systems).
Requirements:
- 5+years of relevant experience in business analysis, project management;
- Strong knowledge of the business analysis lifecycle.
- Strong project management skills with solid understanding of SDLC.
- Understanding of software integrations and automations (REST API / GraphQL / RPC).
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge requirements.
- Experience in implementing third-party solutions in corporate processes.
- Experience in leading collaborations with third-party IT vendors.
- Experience in projects involving the implementation of integrations, custom automations, or applications.
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for interacting with stakeholders
