Our HR team seeks a remote Associate HR Partner to drive employee engagement, support HR initiatives, and collaborate closely with HR partners to optimize organizational structures and provide guidance to employees. Our new team member will actively shape HR policies and initiatives to align with strategic goals, translate business needs into HR actions, and ensure effective implementation of global HR processes.

Job responsibilities:

  • Work closely together with HR business partners to ensure the appropriate structures are in place to drive employee engagement and HR agenda;
  • Support, coach, and consult employees of the supported functional areas;
  • Participate in aligning HR policy, tools, and initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives to speed the fulfillment of those objectives;
  • Be a reliable and highly effective sparring partner to the supported functional areas;
  • Partner with the HR community in recruiting, development, employee relations, and compensation to drive a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business priorities;
  • Contribute to the organization’s performance by continuously improving employee satisfaction and engagement;
  • Recognize the implications of the new way of working and assess potential implementation in the organization;
  • Translate business needs into HR initiatives in the supported functional area;
  • Ensure that Global HR processes, tools, and systems are in place;
  • Participate in regional/global HR projects
  • Advise people managers proactively on changes and potential issues related to labor relations.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of overall working experience in an international company;
  • High level of English fluency;
  • Working knowledge (0,5 - 1 years) in an HR-related field and HR-related studies would be a plus;
  • A common understanding of labor legislation in the EU;
  • A common understanding of all HR expertise and best practices;
  • Ability to work in a situation of ambiguity;
  • Ability to analyze and make data-driven decisions;
  • Advanced listening & communicative skills;
  • Entrepreneurial approach;
  • Ability to express your own point of view in a direct, accurate, and honest manner;
  • High level of growth agility;
  • Understanding of media business model & principles will be an advantage.
