We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Budapest Studio. You will work closely with creative and pre-production teams and will be responsible for day-to-day administrative management & support of the production process of 5-Minute Crafts and Cool Tool WOW projects.


Job responsibilities:

  • Manage workplace discipline and workflow at shooting locations of your projects
  • Record vacations/sick leaves/days off project employees, manage projects' work schedule
  • Perform technical and cultural onboarding for new employees, provide required accesses
  • Control teams' monthly plan performance, providing the data to the Lead Administrative Coordinator
  • Organise shootings when it's needed (outdoor shooting, hazard, car rental, etc.)
  • Deal with the purchase and ordering of video equipment/locations/props for the projects use
  • Maintain the provision of equipment to all project employees, initiate equipment requests
  • Conduct inventory control together with the Head of the Video Studio
  • Be responsible person for keeping projects' equipment up to date in the Navision system
  • Act as the key point of contact for all administrative requests related to your projects
  • Initiates and suggests improvements of processes and monitor implementation
  • Provide the best possible support to all the departments that deal with your projects


  • Experience in administration or a similar position
  • Experience in the field of media is a great advantage
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to find a common language with everyone
  • Ability to solve non-typical issues (thinking outside the box)
  • Ability to multitask and control many processes at once
  • People management skills and empathy to communicate with teams
  • Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Google Spreadsheets
  • A knack for order and structure
