We are looking for an Access Management Specialist who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the subscriptions lifecycle for internal customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from sign-up to renewal or cancellation. This role involves direct interaction with customers, handling requests, and addressing issues related to subscriptions and access to corporate services.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of subscription processes, including new subscriptions, renewals, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Perform access management to existing services: invite/remove user subscriptions, create user roles and groups, and update user lists.
  • Manage settings of the systems used in the company and assigned to your responsibility.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all subscription-related inquiries and issues.
  • Monitor and report on subscription metrics, such as renewal rates, churn rates, and customer lifetime value, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and resolve any discrepancies in subscription charges.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all subscription products and services within the company.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to subscription management.
  • Organize a database to accurately track subscriber information and interactions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in subscription management, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A responsible and systematic approach to work management.
  • Basic IT security awareness.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate in English effectively.
